Geometric Modelling and Visualisation I (GMV I)

Course contents

  • Basic Geometry Principles
  • Fundamentals of projection and axonometry for solving engineering problems
  • Basics of analog and digital methods for the creation of engineering drawings (e.g., with pencil on paper and with CAD)
  • Exercises with exemplary analog and digital applications for geometrical modeling and visualization from civil engineering, environmental engineering, geodesy and geodesy and transportation.

Application / issue / submission Moodle
Process To pass the study examination, a test must be passed. Two test dates are offered (probably December 11, 2023 and January 22, 2024). The assignment will be posted on Moodle and comprises one GeoGebra design task. Within a defined time frame, the task must be completed and the solution file has to be submitted as a document upload on Moodle.
