The traditional PhD seminar of the iib took place this year with the participation of the iib team and interested students from June 26th to 28th 2024. This year's venue was the city of Biberach an der Riß (Baden-Württemberg). In addition to the presentation of dissertation topics and their discussion by those present, research projects and news from the Institute were presented. The second part of the seminar was a visit to the Liebherr group. In addition to a presentation of the company and a guided tour of the plant, content on digital transformation in the construction industry was exchanged and discussed.
